I enjoy accompanying people and groups to achieve a better version of themselves, with quality of life, success and happiness. I use coaching and mentoring to enhance your leadership, innovation, teamwork and above all, your IKIGAI, that is, your LIFE PURPOSE. I do all this with great pleasure, international experience, cultural respect, love and of course, within a DEIBJ framework (diversity, equity, inclusion, justice and belonging).
I have led coaching processes for hundreds of people from all over Latin America, Brazil, USA, India, United Arab Emirates, and some countries in Europe and Africa. In addition, I have already developed projects in various organizations, such as Walmart, Citi, Uber, Belcorp, and Grupo Improsa.
I am certified as a PCC Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF), as an Executive Coach by INCAE Business School, an Executive Coach and Master Coach by the Inter-American Association of Coaches (AIAC). Graduated in Industrial Engineering from the University of Costa Rica, with an Executive MBA from INCAE Business School, and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.

COACHING

MENTAL HEALTH COACHING
Through experiences and tools such as Insight, Points of You, Essential Clown, and Ontological Coaching, Mental Health Coaching has been a part of my services for almost a decade.
However, it was from the year 2021 that through Modern Health I began to have more awareness and official training on the subject.
In turn, since May 2023, through the Institute of Coaching (IOC) and its "Mental Health Literacy" course, I have managed to validate and become more aware of tools such as "Internal Family Systems" (Richard Schwartz).
Mental Health Coaching is usually complemented by health professionals such as psychologists, therapists and doctors who can accompany my clients in aspects, areas and with tools that I do not have and should not use. This is especially the case at MODERN HEALTH, where we are finally teams of professionals at the service of our clients.

COACHING MENTORING
I support my Coach colleagues at an international level, in Spanish, Portuguese or English to improve their skills and abilities in general, but also to increase the chances of obtaining their ACC or PCC.
